Organized component kit for modular site assembly
A flat-pack system transports the primary frame members, columns, wall panels and accessories as an organized kit. It should not be described as a complete double-wing or Z-folding unit because its packing and assembly logic are different.
Scope that must be written into the quotation
The buyer and factory should confirm which frame members, panels, fasteners, seals, doors, windows, electrical items, sanitary items, tools, drawings and installation services are included. Packing lists and part labels are important when one shipment serves a multi-module project.
Site planning
- Foundation levels and anchoring points
- Crane, forklift or manual handling plan
- Weather protection during assembly
- Panel joints, roof drainage and service penetrations
- Connections between modules and storeys
