Long-format expandable space

The 40FT A-Series reference provides an approximately 73 m² opened footprint for larger residential, dormitory, office and project layouts. The long transport body and opened width require early review of site access, unloading space, opening clearance and foundation arrangement.

Keep A-Series and B-Series data separate

This page uses the A-Series 11800 × 6220 × 2480 mm opened reference and 11800 × 2200 × 2480 mm folded reference. The wider and taller B-Series values describe a different version and are not interchangeable. Net weight, packing restraints and loading arrangements must be confirmed against the final factory document set.

Plan the building, not only the room count

A proposed three-bedroom plan must still resolve circulation, door swings, sanitary and kitchen services, furniture clearances, windows and emergency egress. Multi-storey or linked-module concepts require separate structural, connection, stair, guard and foundation engineering.

Order confirmation

The quotation, customer-approved plan, controlled factory drawing, bill of materials and contract must identify the same version. Images and planning layouts remain references until that document set is aligned.

Before you compare prices

Make the Supply Boundary Clear

The final quotation, approved drawings, specification, PI and contract define the actual supply. These three groups prevent assumptions from becoming order disputes.

01

Factory supply

The selected structure, enclosure, openings, accessories and factory-installed items must be listed in the quotation and bill of materials.

02

Confirmed for this order

Exact dimensions, layout, materials, finishes, services, packing method and loading arrangement follow the approved project documents.

03

Destination and site scope

Permits, foundations, unloading, lifting, site assembly, utilities and final connections remain project-specific unless the contract states otherwise.
